What You Will Learn

The session

This Beginners Workshop is a 2.5 hour class where no previous experience is necessary. You will be instructed step- by-step on how to cut glass and assemble a beautiful y hanging, approx.18 cm x 8 cm. All the necessary materials are included in this workshop, including glass, tuition, and use of equipment.

The Studio

The Studio is bright and welcoming in a relaxing and peaceful setting so why not give glass fusing a go? It can be a brilliant way to switch off from the stresses of life as well as being a fabulous creative outlet. Who knows what you will be able to create? You may even surprise yourself!

I had a fantastic day learning to use a potters wheel. Jayne was great at teaching the correct techniques for proper throwing and I was so pleased with my results. A good way to forget about your worries and get to grips with an ancient craft. I look forward to my next class.
