Over 6 weeks you will be supported by our experienced tutor in all handbuilding techniques that make pottery so much fun!
Including: Slab, Coil, Pinch Construction and Sculpting. You will also be introduced to a range of surface decoration techniques: underglaze, slip, mishima (inlay), sgraffito and glazing.

What You Will Learn
Course Structure
Week by week you will be guided through a new technique using a step by step tutorial and support to help you make pieces you can be proud of!
Self development
As you progress you will be encouraged to put into practice and further develop the skills you have been taught on projects of your own choosing, allowing you to continue your practice should you choose to rebook (we’re confident you will want to keep going once you catch the pottery bug!) another block of 6 sessions.
Creative Spark
The Studio is bright and welcoming in a relaxing and peaceful setting so why not give pottery a go? It can be a brilliant way to switch off from the stresses of life as well as being a fabulous creative outlet. Who knows what you will be able to create? You may even surprise yourself!
